2 .The product received is defective.
3. The wrong product was Delivered
to be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via mail gorgeousbyankita@gmail.com , Also, you must share clear unboxing videos and photo showing the issue. Request made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Please note product must be unused ,unwashed, and all the original tags and packaging must be intact”We reserve the rights to reject returns if the item does not meet above conditions.
Refund and replacement process
once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return pick up from Your address. After we receive the product, our team will inspect it . After inspection, a replacement will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, (subject to availability) . If the replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.
Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Also, refund are processed online only we will not be providing cash.
Cancellation policy : Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the placement. Refund if applicable will be processed within 5 working days through the original mode of payment.
Exchange policy
We offer Size exchange only. Customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us to request a size exchange. Only one exchange per order is allowed. Size exchange is subject to availability of the requested size. Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for the size exchange. The product must be unused and washed and returned with original tag and packaging intact.
